Hi, I'm a Boston based designer who loves uncovering the why in the world around me.  I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Industrial Design and a minor in Design for Sustainability.  My experiences learning from leading design companies have influenced my circular approach to creative problem solving.  My creativity is fueled by hours spent exploring the outdoors, skating through city streets and discovering local art.

Sustainability Focus

I believe good design is sustainable design. As a Design for Sustainability minor, I explored strategies that not only reduce environmental impact but also enhance the longevity and purpose of a product. I’m passionate about creating work that leaves a positive mark, designing with intention to minimize waste and maximize value throughout a product’s entire lifecycle.

Why Design?

Why design? For me, it was obvious. Both of my grandfathers were designers, one an interior designer, the other an industrial designer and their creativity was a constant source of inspiration. I spent hours in my Boppy’s shop as a kid, watching him model and build with total awe. Those early moments sparked my curiosity and started me on my path. Design has always felt like the right road for me, a way to blend imagination, purpose, and problem solving into something real and meaningful.

Curiosity

I’ve always been the kind of person who takes things apart just to see how they work. That curiosity, the need to understand how things are made and why they’re made that way, naturally led me to industrial design. For me, it’s not just about creating something new, but about uncovering the story behind every object and using that insight to design with purpose.
